 Our most popular services are:

• Turbocharger P&P&C -- includes P&P on both the turbine housing and the compressor housing. Thermal barrier coating on the turbine housing, and thermal dispersant coating on the compressor housing. The net result is a noticeable bump in efficiency -- quicker spool-up, better response, less boost taper at high rpms (typical for the turbo to hold a couple more psi at redline than before), lower compressor outlet temps, and lower underhood temperatures.
• TGV (tumble generator valves) P&P -- FULL removal of rods & dividers. Holes TIG welded shut. P&P and gasket matched. BIG increase in flow.
• Cylinder Head P&P -- Stage 1 is porting of intake and exhaust ports. Stage 2 is Stg 1 plus exhaust port polish, and P&P of combustion chambers. Multi-angle valve jobs and cylinder head surfacing also available. And don't forget, we carry cams, valve springs, valves, pistons, rods, etc, from many top brands!
• Intercooler Dispersant Coating -- Dispersant is a trick coating that helps a metal object shed its heat into the air more quickly. It can improve the efficiency of an intercooler or radiator by up to 20%! It's jet black, and really does work. We coat a lot of intercoolers, and also do radiators, brake calipers, oil pans, oil coolers, differential cases, etc. Cylinder heads and intake manifolds are commonly coated with this also while here for P&P work.

 We also regularly port and coat intake manifolds, throttle bodies, exhaust parts, and more.
